SMRT Taxis SKYTREK booking services

 

The SKYTREK Account number is 248958 and the Pin number is 2915.

 

You can choose to book a SMRT taxi via INTERNET (Click-A-Cab), SMS (Short Message Service) or through IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.

 

A) By INTERNET: -

Go to website at www.etaxis.com.sg, key in 248958 followed by 2915, then click Log in now.

 

Select your predefined pick-up code, date / time requirement, type of taxi ( Normal / Mercedes/London), destination and extra instructions, if any.

 

Click Get me a SMRT taxi. A pop-up screen will show you the taxi number and estimated time of arrival.

 

B) Via SMS: -

Key 248958 2915 1 X into your hand phone

For SingTel subscribers, send message to 9863 6478

For M1 subscribers, send message to 9362 7178

For StarHub subscribers, send message to 9028 0378

 

You will receive the following message: -

=SMRT taxi, SHBxxxx will arrive at (pickup) in Y minutes.

 

To try again for a taxi, on your hand phone,

     Press “Reply”

     Enter “R” then

     Press “Send”

    

C) Through IVR: -

Dial 6477 5967.

Enter "248958" then # key,

Enter "1".

Press “1” to confirm your pickup point and hold for the taxi confirmation.
