  • Do the rates include all the applicable taxes, electricity, gas, and water usages?
    Yes, the rates quoted do include all the applicable taxes. The rates are also inclusive of utility charges, ie. electricity, gas, and water usages.
  • Do the apartments include the required bed linen, towels, kitchen ware?
    Yes, the apartments are fully equipped with all the required linen, kitchenware, laundry detergent, etc.
  • What can be found in these apartments?
    Cozy bedrooms set with clean bed linens, television, wireless broadband access available , fully air-conditioned, land-line (restricted to local calls only), washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchenette including cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, kettle, iron with ironing board.
  • What level of house keeping services do you provide?
    Braddell Regalia offers lodgings in a no frill manner. Our house keeping services include cleaning and changing of bed-linens once per week, except Saturday and Sunday.  
  • How do we collect the keys to the apartment on our arrival?
    Please phone us at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival, and we'll meet you at the apartment building, help you with the check-in, and provide you with the keys.
  • When do we pay for accommodation, and do you accept credit cards on arrival?
    Rental payment is due on arrival. Cash or Credit Card via Paypal are accepted. 
  • Do the rates include airport transfers to the apartment?
    No, the rates do no include airport transfers.
  • Are babies and children regarded as people for calculation of apartment rates?
    No, babies and children of all ages are not regarded as people, and the additional charge for additional persons do not apply. We do provide bedding for all persons including babies and children, including baby cots (if required).
  • What is the number of occupants per room / apartment?
    The maximum number of people for each room / apartment depends on the size of the servicing room / apartment.
    For our single room / double room / suite, the maximum number of occupants is 1 / 2 / 2.
    For our 3 / 6 bedroom apartment, the maximum number of occupants is 6 / 9.
  • Are we allowed to smoke inside the apartment?
    All our apartments are non smoking, and smoking is not permitted inside any of our apartments. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies where available. A charge will be applied by the operator for cleaning if this is not adhered to.
  • Do the apartments contain cooking facilities?
    All apartments contain kitchens with cooking facilities, including kettles, cook tops, pots, pans, etc.
  • Do the apartments include tea, and coffee and milk?
    We normally provide complementary tea or coffee on arrival 
  • Is parking included with the apartments?
    Yes, however all parking facilities are subject to availability. Please request on booking.
  • What is the time for checking-in and checking-out?
    The check-in time is 2 pm. The check-out time is 12 pm.
    From 2 pm to the following day 12 pm is considered as a day.
    7 consecutive nights stay are considered as a week.
    1 calendar month stay is considered as a month, eg. if you check in on the 15th July, your check out date will be 15th August.
  • Our flight arrival to Singapore is early in the morning, can we have early check-in?
    Normal check in time is 2 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability, i.e. if the apartment is booked out the night before arrival, early check-in is not available, and otherwise guests can check-in on arrival after 10 am. Guaranteed early check-in (from 7:30 am) can be secured at the time of the booking at a cost of half the nightly rate.
  • Our flight out of Singapore is late in evening. Can we have late check-out?
    Normal check out time is 12 pm. Late check-out is subject to availability, i.e. if the apartment is booked out for the night of departure, late check-out is not available. Guaranteed late check-out (no later than 6pm) can be secured at the time of the booking at a cost of half the nightly rate.
  • If we do not wish to pay for early check-in or late check-out, can we leave our luggage with you while the apartment is not available?
    Yes, we are most happy to facilitate you to store your luggage in the apartment.
  • Is the water in Singapore safe to drink?
    Tap water in Singapore is 100% consumable and safe.
  • Why are the rates quoted on the availability or reservation form defer from the web site rates?
    The rates on the web site, are the off peak rates and do not include peak periods such as Christmas/new year, Easter, public holidays, school holidays, sporting events.
  • Are breakfasts included in the rates?
    No, the apartment rates do not include breakfasts. Please note, all apartments contain kitchens if you wish to prepare your own breakfast, and most apartments are well located near a variety of restaurants and coffee shops if required.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Booking Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and us.

  1. All reservations are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable except as provided under these Booking Terms and Conditions.
  2. The tariffs for accommodation varies depending on the room / apartment, length of stay, number of persons staying, the required dates and additional goods and services.  Rates and inclusions may change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated in the Booking Terms and Conditions for individual rooms / apartments, goods or services, including but not limited to, additional persons, telephone calls, drinks, food and apartment upgrades are not included in the nightly rate.
  3. All rates shown are in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Normal check-in time is 2 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability, i.e. if the apartment is booked out the night before arrival, early check-in is not available, otherwise guests can check-in on arrival after 10:00am. Guaranteed early check-in (from 7:30 am) can be secured at the time of the booking at a cost of half the nightly rate.
  5. Normal check out time is 12pm. Late check-out is subject to availability, i.e. if the apartment is booked out for the night of departure, late check-out is not available. Guaranteed late check-out (no later than 6pm) can be secured at the time of the booking at a cost of half the nightly rate. Failure to check-out at agreed time may result in additional fee charged of 1 nights rate plus the cost of packing, moving and storage of your belongings. We reserve the right to enter the apartment after agreed check-out time and move and store your belongings if necessary. 
  6. Extension of lease will be charged on a daily rate basis.
  7. You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct; Your booking may be rejected at any time if you fail to make good on any of these obligations.
  8. The payment for the accommodation booking can be made by cash.
  9. When you successfully make an accommodation reservation via the Reservation Form, your confirmation details will be emailed or faxed to you within 24 hours of reservation. We recommend that you print this form as a record of your booking. This will be all the documentation you will need that may apply. If the confirmation is not received by you within 24 hours of reservation, you should contact us by email or phone.
  10. The reservation is not guaranteed until you receive the confirmation from us. The amount required upon arrival is specified on the confirmation email.
  11. The due amount paid to secure the reservation upon arrival is not refundable in case of cancellation of the booking or part thereof, except for conditions specified in clause (14) below.
  12. Once the dates of a booking are confirmed by us and if we do not receive amendments from you within 72 hours, you undertake to pay us for the full cost of the accommodation booked at the time of check-in. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation if the payment is not made in full upon check-in. If any portion of the booked period is cancelled after the check-in, we are under no obligation to refund any monies and advise our clients to rely on their travel insurance.
  13. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with the accommodation and services specified in your booking. However, in certain circumstances, we may need to change the details of your booking or substitute other accommodation or service for your booking. In such cases, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any changes and offer you alternative accommodation or service or a full refund of your monies with cancellation of the booking.
  14. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate any such requests, we cannot guarantee that such requests can or will be met. In such circumstances, there will be no refund of monies paid on your original booking.
  15. The person Submitting a booking will be deemed to have accepted the Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
  16. The balance for accommodation is payable on arrival and can be made by cash. The balance must be paid in full for the entire period booked prior to the keys being provided.
  17. Security deposit of S$200 is charged on arrival and is fully refunded upon departure, unless there are outstanding charges for other services or in case of damage or loss caused to the property during your stay. In this case that charge will be subtracted from the security deposit and the remainder refunded to you.
  18. The apartments are not serviced during your stay as the apartments are not classified as “serviced apartments” or a “hotel”. You are responsible for keeping the apartment in clean condition.
  19. We shall not be in breach of these Booking Conditions and are not liable to any party for a delay or failure to perform an obligation resulting from events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  20. If a delay or failure by us to perform our obligations due to an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control exceeds 30 days, we may immediately terminate this contract by notice to the other party.
  21. An event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control includes acts of God, war, flood, fire, explosion, civil disobedience, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labour disputes, delays or change of third parties including apartment owners over which we have no control.

    Exclusions and Liability

  22. The accommodation is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, other than those warranties or conditions which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to these Booking Terms and Conditions.
  23. Where we are not entitled to exclude a warranty, condition or term implied by law, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any such warranty, condition or term is limited to resupply of the goods or services.
  24. Your use of the booking facility and your acquisition of goods and services via this Site is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we, our agents, representatives and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or injury or any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise, including without limitation claims for loss of profits, business, use, bargain or goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or loss of savings, resulting from, or in any way connected to, the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the booking facility or any services provided through it, in each case regardless of whether based in contract, tort (including without limitation) negligence, equity, strict liability, statute or any other basis.
  25. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or consequential or incidental damages, so portions of the above-referenced exclusions may not directly apply to you. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability in accordance with the foregoing but allows limitations of liability to a certain maximum extent, then our liability is limited to that extent.
  26. To the extent permitted by law, you hereby waive any and all claims against us, and our respective agents, representatives and licensors, arising out of your use of the booking facility.
  27. We are not liable under any circumstances for loss, theft or damage to the occupants or clients and/or their property and belongings. The occupants and clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances to themselves and/or their personal belongings.

    Your Representations and Warranties
  28. You represent and warrant that all information you Submit is true and accurate.

    Indemnity
  29. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Budget Stay Singapore, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensors, and suppliers, including all officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities, and settlements, including, without limitation, all legal and accounting fees, arising in connection with your use of the booking facility or resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the booking facility or your violation of these Booking Terms and Conditions.

    Governing Law
  30. These Booking Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

    General
  31. If any part of these Booking Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
  32. These Booking Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you in relation to the booking facility, and supersede all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications or displays whether electronic, oral, or written, between us and you in relation to the booking facility.
  33. You agreed to use the premises for the purpose of private residence only.
  34. You agreed to use and manage the Demised Premises and the Furniture and Fittings in a careful manner and to keep the interior of the Demised Premises clean and in good and tenantable repair and condition except fair wear and tear and damage by fire, lightning, explosion, riot, civil commotion, act of God and any other cause not arising out of negligence or default of the Tenant and save as aforesaid to replace the Furniture and Fittings and other items in the Demised Premises which are broken or damaged during the Term.
  35. You agreed not to do or permit to be done upon the Demised Premises anything which may be or may become a nuisance or annoyance to or in any way interfere with the quiet and comfort of adjoining buildings or any other adjoining occupiers and not to use the Demised Premises for any illegal or immoral purposes.
  36. You agreed not to cut, maim or injure any of the walls or timber of the Demised Premises.
  37. You agreed to permit us with or without workmen, cleaners and others at all reasonable times of the day by prior appointment to enter upon the Demised Premises to examine the state and condition thereof and to execute repairs or cleaning.
  38. You agreed not to remove any of the Furniture and Fittings from the Demised Premises and not to alter or remove the existing light, power or gas installations in the Demised Premises.
  39. The occupants shall produce certified true copies of your employment pass / permit (for longer terms bookings only) and/or copy of your passports.
  40. To obtain confirmation for all bookings, you must complete the, including customer information (for example, name, telephone number, e-mail address), and special requests. Required information fields are marked with *.
  41. Special Requests indicated on your Booking Form may be subject to availability and additional cost and are not guaranteed unless confirmed before check-in.
