> Financial Statements of insured for past 3 years (including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statements etc)

> Letter of Award or Contract to understand the details of the job

> Track Record - list of projects completed over the years by the insured

> Tax assessment and IC of guarantors
